ECC Mobile 10.1

Erste Card Club has developed a mobile application that provides users with secure access to information regarding the usage of their Erste Card Club card (Diners Club, Mastercard, and Visa).

APPLICATION LOGIN

Regardless of whether users are already using ECC online service on the web or not, to access the ECC mobile application, Erste Card Club customers need to activate mToken. After activating mToken, users can log in to the mobile application using mPIN. In case a user forgets their mPIN, they can choose the option for re-registration on the home screen, which will erase the existing mPIN and require the user to set a new one for login.

By using the ECC Mobile application, end users can utilize the following features:

• Review of cards and their details
• Expense overview
• Checking available spending limit
• Purchase confirmation (for cards with non-communicated limit)
• Managing installment purchases (skipping one monthly installment or paying off all remaining installments)
• Bill review and payment
• Display of rewards programs and discounts
• Profile management
• Card management
• Purchase of GSM top-ups

SECURITY

The mobile application is secure and easy to use. Users need to download the application from the Play Store and have internet access on their mobile device to use it. Access to the application is not possible without the user's mPIN, ensuring that in case of theft or loss of the phone, misuse is prevented. The mPIN data is not stored on the phone. After multiple consecutive incorrect mPIN entries (up to four times), the application automatically deletes mToken, requiring users to repeat the registration process for re-access. The application will automatically log out a user after 15 minutes of inactivity.
